IngenoCollab will be our solution for online collaboration for various types of teams such as software developers (games, applications, etc), artists (music, graphic design, etc), project managers, and schools just to name a few. Built on IngenoGears Application Server, it will be preconfigured and setup to allow teams to get up and going quickly with minimum setup time. Included features will consist of a Document Library for team resources (graphics, documents, images, etc), Message Boards, Team Calendar, Web Mail, User Profiles, User Groups, Wiki, Blogs, Team Directory, Project Management Tools, News and Announcements.

Future features will consist of online document editing, online spreadsheet editing, and a source code management system.

IngenoGears Application Server is a product we are working on that will focus on helping individuals and companies get more done in a more efficient manner.

The aim is integrating a lot of key products into one solution suite of applications. Right now, a lot of companies end up having to install multiple web applications on their server that do not link to each other for their forum, their project management, their web mail, and their source code management. We want to create a platform that allows applications like this to talk to each other and share resources. While a lot of these applications are great products, they have their own way of doing things like storing documents and resources, storing contacts, and sending out alerts.

Some of our planned features will be a project management application that will provided detailed task manager that will allow you to create projects, milestones, and tasks. We have other pieces of this greater puzzle that we are working on.

The way we envision our products working is you can create a project site and fill it with your task manager to manage who is doing what, your calendar to allow team members to see their overall timeline, your document library and resources to allow all of your project materials to be organized and linked to various tasks, and even a forum that you can tie to various tasks.

We want all of these items to work together as a whole in order to improve communication between team members.
